A year after our other recruitment ad, 5CA came back to use for more. With three goals - a bigger target audience, a shorter runtime and more branding.
We created three versions of the ad, based on different personas for each of 5CA’s main industries. The core message of each ad was the common thread that people who always get asked for help, should consider a job in customer support. Because people need their knowledge.
By mixing live-action footage with graphics and strong brand colors, we made ads that would be hard to scroll past on social.
